Our delivery service offer a quick despatch of items, exclusions may apply for remote areas and bulk items weighing in excess of 20kg .Now more and more orders are being dispatched on the date of order, and due to our large stock holding its now easier to have the goods the next day, please note that weekend orders are usually despatched on Mondays. We can sometimes arrange special delivery or Saturday delivery by phone request but this will usually result in an extra fee to cover the additional courier costs, these can be expensive so please only request this if you are in dire need. Please note that we cannot arrange an absolute guarantee delivery date for an order as the delivery itself is performed by a third party parcel or courier service and, although it is very rare, failures do sometimes occur due to miss-routing of parcels.
- If you have ordered online and if your order is placed before 3.00pm it should be delivered within 1-2 days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Goods shipped on Friday will not be delivered until Monday.

- The estimated delivery time is the time taken to pack, despatch and deliver your order to your door.
- We constantly review our process and delivery methods to ensure that the total delivery time is kept to an absolute minimum. Please Note these delivery times are an estimate.
- Although the majority of orders are delivered within these timescale's there will always be a few exceptions where the delivery does not arrive within the estimated duration.
- In these cases we ask you to be patient but advise that if an order has not been received within 5 working days then please contact us at dispatch@easywatering.co.uk or call 01256 812 730 where we can track your delivery.
- After placing your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation and in the order summary you will find estimated delivery times.
- We have selected the delivery methods that we believe offers the safest delivery of your items in a reasonable time frame. Because we have such a diverse product range we use different shipping methods depending on the item being sent. We use two of the largest distribution companies in the UK:
APC Courier Service offers a next working day delivery service to mainland UK addresses. Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Wight and Guernsey can not be reached with the standard cost of shipping with this service.

Royal Mail's first class service allows small parcels to be despatched to anywhere in the UK and are often delivered next day, excluding Sundays.

Please note that we will select the best delivery method based on weight, size and value of the order.
- We also offer a collection facility, please place your order online or call us to confirm collection, we will then be happy to refund any courier/shipping charges.
- We are able to offer worldwide deliveries however this is based on the items ordered, weight, size and delivery location. Please call us for delivery costs outside the mainland UK. Or you can email us at info@easywatering.co.uk for details.
Availability
Unlike many of our competitors we hold the majority of the items we sell in stock, Items listed as "In Stock" are, of course, already available for immediate despartch. The availability of an item enables you to estimate how long it will take to receive it after you place your order.
The following is a list of the several types of availability estimates you might see for items in our stores:
- In Stock: This item is in stock and if ordered before 3.00pm it should be delivered within 1-3 days, orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
- Direct Delivery: This item will be delivered directly from the manufacturer and may take a couple of days to be delivered to you, in this case we will email you with an expected delivery date.
- Pre Order: These items are either not yet available or are made to order, we will indicate an expected availability date and ship the items as soon as they come into stock.
We will inform you by e-mail if the availability estimate changes or if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.
To keep you fully informed of the progress of your order, we'll send you one e-mail when we receive it and another when we dispatch it from our Fulfilment Center, confirming the date, contents and method of delivery.
Return an Item
If you are not satisfied with any purchase from Easy Watering then you may return any products back to us within 14 working days of receipt providing that the product is in a resell able condition. This means that the product is not damaged, has not been used in any way and that the product is complete with the original pristine condition packing. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
With regards to faulty products we will adhere to the warranty provided by the manufacturer and work within their process to fix or exchange the products under their warranty terms and conditions. The total liability of the sale of contract is limited to the monies paid by the buyer and we cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential or special loss.
- If you wish to return an item please email us at returns@easywatering.co.uk stating your order number, date of order, items to return and reason. We can will then issue you with an RMA number. Please state this number on all correspondence. Alternatively please call us on 01256 812730.
- Once the items have been received back it will be checked and we will then issue a reimbursement for the item via the same payment method used for the original transaction. We are not liable for postal cost in returning an item to us if it is not received by Easywatering.
