  neat and effective  Neat device, easy to operate, no leakages. A very minor drawback is that the positions are marked only visually (i.e. 1, 2 1&2, off) - there is no "feel" or positive click when you are in a position - it's possible to be a bit off-position, with unpredictable results.    -
