We pride ourselves on the quick despatch of orders, no matter how big. Now almost all of our orders are being despatched on the date of order due to our large stock holding and fantastic warehouse staff. In conjunction with a next day delivery service, we believe we truly offer a fast service. Please note however orders placed after 12pm may not be shipped the same day during our busy period. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
If you require a special delivery or a Saturday delivery, we are more than happy to arrange this via a phone request. Please note that this will usually result in an extra fee to cover the additional courier costs, these can be expensive so please only request this if you are in dire need. Please note that we cannot arrange an absolute guaranteed delivery date for an order as the delivery itself is performed by a third party parcel or courier service and, although it is very rare, failures do sometimes occur due to miss-routing of parcels.

We have a flat rate delivery charge of £4.99 on all orders up to the value of £80. If you spend more than £80 you will get free delivery. Unfortunately, due to the cost of delivery to some locations, we have to apply exclusions to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and any other locations not deemed to be within mainland UK by our courier company (Interlink). Precise details of excluded locations are listed below.

  • If you have ordered Online and if your order is placed before 12pm it should be delivered within 1-2 days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Goods despatched on Friday via courier will not be delivered until Monday.
  • If you've already placed your order, but it hasn't arrived or there was a problem with the delivery, then please give us a call or email us at info@easywatering.co.uk and we will endeavour to help resolve any problem.
  • We constantly review our process and delivery methods to ensure that the total delivery time is kept to an absolute minimum. Please Note these delivery times are an estimate.
  • Although the majority of orders are delivered within these timescales there will always be a few exceptions where the delivery does not arrive within the estimated duration.
  • In cases of when an order has not been received within 5 working days of our despatch then please contact us at info@easywatering.co.uk or call 01531 806 328 where we can track your delivery.
  • After placing your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation and in the order summary you will find estimated delivery times.
  • We have selected the delivery methods that we believe offers the safest delivery of your items in a reasonable amount of time. Because we have such a diverse product range we use different shipping methods depending on the item being sent. We use two of the largest distribution companies in the UK

DPD & Yodel offer the best next working day delivery service to mainland UK addresses for companies like ourselves. However Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Wight and Guernsey cannot be reached with the standard cost of shipping with this service. If you require delivery to these areas, please get in touch and we will do our best to keep the cost of delivery down by finding an alternative method for you. We use this method for large parcels and high value orders. Any orders placed that fall within this method of delivery and are outside the standard delivery zones will be held and we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of delivery.

To confirm, locations deemed to be outside of the standard cost of shipping are as follows: Any location outside of the UK and postcodes starting with; BT1, BT18, PO30, IM, AB37 & AB38, AB41-AB56, FK19-FK21, IV1-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA40, PH15-PH41, PH49 & PH50, HS, IV41-IV51, KA27 & KA28, KT15-KT17, PA20, PA41-PA78, PH42-PH44, ZE. Please contact us to confirm cost of delivery.


Royal Mail's first class service allows small parcels to be despatched to anywhere in the UK and are often delivered next day, excluding Sundays. We use this method to send all over the UK for small orders as it offers the best service.
Please note that we will select the best delivery method based on weight, size and value of the order. We only use Royal Mail for low value orders, or for shipping small packets to zones outside of the standard delivery zones.


Availability

Unlike many of our competitors we hold the majority of the items we sell in stock. Items listed as "In Stock" are, of course, already available for immediate despatch or collection. The availability of an item enables you to estimate how long it will take to receive it after you place your order. We also sell items that are delivered direct from the manufacturer. These are detailed and have their own delivery times indicated.

We will inform you by e-mail if the availability estimate changes or if any items in your order prove to be unavailable. If we can fulfil part of your order, we will do so as soon as possible and back order the remainder of your order, which will follow as soon as we can despatch them.

To keep you fully informed of the progress of your order, we'll send you one e-mail when we receive it and another when we despatch it from our warehouse, confirming the date, contents and method of delivery.
